Here’s a quick recap of what to expect upon arrival at Wonderfruit:
Get to know the Box Office
The Box Office is where you present your QR code and get an RFID wristband. This is also where registration happens for those who haven’t pre-registered their tickets, which we recommend doing now to help ease the queues.
To find the Box Office, just follow the flow of foot traffic when walking into The Fields from the parking and you’ll see signage above it. You can also find the Box Office on Google Maps. Once there, you’ll see lanes marked: General Admissions, Guest List and Partners, The Pineapple Eyes, Media, Information and At-Door.
Please observe opening hours for the Box Office and Main Gate and prepare accordingly, and know that if you arrive after midnight, you won’t be able to enter The Fields.
There are no exceptions for re-entry outside of the gate times below:
Thursday 12 December 14:00 – midnight
Friday 13 December 08:00 – midnight
Saturday 14 December 08:00 – midnight
Sunday 15 December 08:00 – midnight
Monday 16 December Not open for re-entry
For Boutique Camper and Slow Wonder guests, you have dedicated entrances and parking lots on Soi 5 and General Campers for a dedicated entrance near the Box Office.
The Boutique Camping and Slow Wonder entrances are on Siam Country Soi 5, but you’ll take a right turn before you get to the General Parking and Main Entrance. Find the entrance on Google Maps here and look out for Boutique Camping signs when you get close.
Do not go to the main entrance. If you arrive there, you’ll need to go back on the road and back to the right entrance, as the security guards won’t let you go through the screening with big luggage.
No ID, No entry
Every guest at Wonderfruit 2024 must show ID each time they pass through the gates, and the name on the ID must match the name registered to the ticket and wristband.
If the names don’t match, or if you don’t have an ID, entry will not be permitted. A digital copy or printout of your ID is acceptable. If you’re using a digital copy stored on your phone, make sure you have enough battery when it’s time to show it.
A reminder that you are not allowed to resell your wristband
We would like to kindly remind all Wonderers that over the last years, we’ve observed instances where some wristbands were being resold or shared between individuals, particularly for those only attending on specific days. We’d like to stress that this practice is strictly prohibited at Wonderfruit.
To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we conduct thorough checks at the gate to verify that each wristband matches the individual using it. If there is any discrepancy between the ID and the wristband, unfortunately, entry will be denied, and the wristband will be deactivated on the spot.
We ask for your cooperation and understanding in this matter as we strive to create the best experience for everyone. Your respect for our policies ensures that we can continue providing a safe and enjoyable event for all.
Don’t forget to pick up a Wonder Cu
If you didn’t bring your own cup or bottle, you can stay hydrated in style with the Wonder Cup—a 16-ounce, refillable cup that’s easy to carry, clean and perfect for outdoor festivals. It’s simple, practical, and a great way to reduce waste while enjoying everything Wonderfruit offers. It’s also a great piece of memorabilia to take home with you and use all year.
If you’ve already pre-ordered your Wonder Cup or bought tickets in the Private Sale that included cups, you can pick it up at the Box Office when you arrive at The Fields.
If you haven’t ordered yet, you can still get yours for THB 650 and collect it at the Box Office on arrival.
You can also purchase one in The Fields at the merch booth or any bar in The Fields.
Go cashless in The Fields
Think of your wristband as your wallet. With it, you can pay for everything in The Fields—from food and drinks to workshops and merchandise. It’s quick and convenient, letting you spend less time in queues and more time enjoying the experience.
To make it even easier, you can pre-top up your wristband in advance, so you’re ready to go as soon as you arrive in The Fields.
Otherwise, visit one of the 12 Top-Up Stations across the site. You can top up with cash, debit, PromptPay/QR code, or credit card (credit and debit card top-ups will include a 3.5% service fee).
Note that we do not offer refunds for top-ups made with debit or credit cards.
Head to the Info Tent for the answers to all your questions
The Info Tent is your go-to spot for all things Wonderfruit during your time in The Fields. Open 24 hours a day, our team is here to assist with or provide any information you may need to make your experience smoother.
If you encounter any issues with your wristband while exploring, our friendly team at the Info Tent is ready to provide support and resolve any concerns.
If you’ve lost valuables or found something that doesn’t belong to you, the Info Tent is where to report or deposit lost items, ensuring they get back to their rightful owner (be a good Wonderer!).
For your convenience, we also offer lockers at the Info Tent for storing your belongings. Lockers are available for THB1,000 if you bring your own lock and key, and THB1,200 without. They are pay-per-use, meaning once you vacate a locker, it may be used by someone else. They come in different sizes, with the largest holding a large backpack but not a large suitcase. Lockers are on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to stop by early to secure one.
