Roderic

POLYGON LIVE

Born in Mexico, Roderic spent his youth exploring African percussion, piano and then later discovered electronic music after his older brother invited him to a rave at the age of 14 - everything changed on that day. Now a resident musician for Departamento Studio Bar in Mexico City, Ro has been experimenting and exploring for many years to find his style and sound which as a result is hard to categorize or attach any specific genre to. It's best to describe his work as a poetic arrangement of emotions influenced by jazz, blues, balkanic, psychedelic, African, Latin, and trance - an eclectic blend just like The Fields of Wonderfruit.
