A Zero-Waste Bar with Mark Lloyd

With 15 years as a bartender, Mark Lloyd really knows his craft. Join him at his “zero-waste” bar inside WonderKitchen, where he'll be serving specially prepared cocktails using entire fruits, from skin to seed. The bar will also have a daily special menu based on ingredients found on site during live dates. In his workshop, Mark will teach a cocktail-making class using whatever surplus is available from The Fields. Get busy mixing using cordial derived from watermelon peels, cocktails made from coffee grounds or bitters made from orange peels.
