Expanded consciousness from psychedelic use happens stably only if we process and clear deeply repressed emotions and trauma from our systems. Just because we have visions and epiphanies during our trip, it doesn't mean our consciousness is expanded in a stabilized way. This is why, in just a couple of weeks, we feel like we lose a lot of what we gain during our sessions. We have a lot of mental realizations, but then many of the destructive and disconnective patterns we recognize resurface.

This is because we are not given a reliable integration practice. Integration happens when the vibrational information that is adjusted on the level of the 'Lightbody' (during psychedelic use) is effectively translated across the DNA into the physical being/timeline.
