Terms & Conditions

As stipulated in this document, Scratch First Co., Ltd. (referred to as “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Event Organizer”) sets forth the general terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) for purchasing and using tickets and wristbands for the Wonderfruit Festival (“Event”). These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between us and the service users (referred to as “you,” “your,” “Ticket Holders,” or “Attendees”).

This document outlines the general provisions, rights and duties, liabilities, restrictions, waivers, and disclaimers that bind you as a participant. By participating in our ticket purchasing procedures and entering the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted, and agree to comply with all aspects of these Terms & Conditions as detailed herein.

• Ticket Purchase and Transfer: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred under any circumstances. Any attempt to exchange, resell, or transfer tickets will result in them being voided without a refund.
• Specification and Authenticity of Tickets: Purchased tickets are valid only for the dates and conditions specified on each ticket. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will not be granted entry. It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holders to ensure the authenticity and validity of their tickets.
• Ticket(s) and Wristband Exchange: All Ticket Holders are required to present your ticket(s) at the designated ticket exchange point upon arrival at the Event. Only valid ticket(s) will be able to exchange for a specific Event wristband (“Wristband”) to enter Wonderfruit grounds. The Wristband serves as your pass to enter and exit the Wonderfruit grounds and must be shown upon request by any of our staff.
• Wristband Policy: Wristbands must be worn at all times during the Event. Wristbands that are removed, damaged, exchanged, or otherwise tampered with for any reason will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. If you need a new wristband, you must purchase it at gate ticket pricing, subject to availability.
• Assumption of Risk: As an attendee, you expressly acknowledge and accept all risks, responsibilities, and dangers associated with your participation in the Wonderfruit Festival. This includes risks that may arise from the actions or omissions of others (including us, other attendees, and third parties), both within and outside of the Wonderfruit grounds.
• Prohibition of Possession and Distribution: You agree not to manufacture, import, distribute, dispense, possess, use, or sell any illegal substances, including but not limited to illegal or controlled drugs and narcotics, within the Wonderfruit grounds. Violations could result in immediate ejection from the Event. Additionally, legal action or arrest by law enforcement authorities may be pursued against those found in violation.
• Release of Liability: By attending the Wonderfruit Festival, you (including, but not limited to, your representatives, successors, or any appointed persons) agree to release the owners of Scratch First Co., Ltd. and Wonderfruit Festival, along with our affiliates, close corporations, employees, suppliers, partners, or representatives, from any and all claims of liabilities, damages, costs, compensations, fines, and any expenses arising from any cause whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage, theft, or loss of property or earnings, as well as any death, injury, or damage to any person, both within and outside of the Wonderfruit grounds, whether arising before, during, or after the Event.
• Limitations of Liability: We cannot be held responsible for disruptions due to adverse weather, water or power interruptions, the failure of artists to perform as scheduled, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur. In such circumstances, the right of admission to the Wonderfruit grounds is reserved. We retain the authority to refuse entry to or eject any attendees from the event premises at our discretion.
• Changes to Program: Performers, programs, dates, and times are subject to change without prior notice.
• Weather Policy: The Event will continue regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for unused ticket(s), under any circumstances.
• Right to Deny or Eject: We reserve the right to deny admission to or eject any Ticket Holders and/or Attendees who violate these Terms & Conditions, including other rules and regulations of Wonderfruit, local laws, or whose actions are deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by the Event management or staff.
• Personal Data and Consent: By entering the Site, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information, such as but not limited to name, image, motion, likeness, written contents, biographical information, or recordings of your voice, in any medium, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising, or any other purpose. This may be done by Scratch First Co., Ltd./Wonderfruit, its affiliates, respective successors and assignor, contractors, partners, or the media. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available on our website (https://wonderfruit.co/privacy-policy), for details on how we process your personal data and your rights as a data subject.
• Stage Access Control: Access to any stage areas (including on-stage, backstage, and surrounding stage areas) is restricted to authorized personnel only. This measure is in place to prevent hazardous overcrowding and ensure the safety of all participants.
• Unauthorized Sales and Distribution: The sale or distribution of any goods, services, or materials without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. Violations could result in immediate ejection from the Event. Depending on the severity and nature of the offense, legal action or arrest by law enforcement may also be pursued.
• Site Preservation: Attendees must respect the environment by disposing of rubbish properly and leaving the site as they found it. Additionally, adherence to our no single-use plastic policy is required.
• No Branding and Promotions: No branding campaigns or promotional activities are allowed in or around the Wonderfruit grounds without prior permission from the Event Organizer. Any use or exploitation of our intellectual property rights without permission is also prohibited. Violation of these policies may lead to immediate removal from the Event, the imposition of fines, and/or potential legal action.
• Commercial Photography Restrictions: Photography, sound recordings, and videography intended for commercial use, whether for sale or offered for free on any platform or website, are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the Event Organizer. Engaging in unauthorized commercial media activities without prior approval may result in legal action.
• Equipment and Media Production Restrictions: The use of professional cameras, lighting kits, drones, and content production teams ("Professional Kits and Personnel") is strictly regulated, especially for producing content for TV shows, vlogs, or other commercial uses not intended for personal amusement. Bringing such Professional Kits and Personnel requires prior permission from the Event Organizer. Failure to obtain permission may result in immediate ejection from the Event.
• Drone Usage Policy: All drone operators must ensure that your drones adhere to the relevant legislative licenses and regulations as established by government authorities. Permission granted by the Event Organizer to use drones at the Event does not exempt operators from these legal requirements. Drone operators are solely responsible for all claims, damages, compensation, fines, or any legal actions initiated due to injuries or infringements caused to any parties, including but not limited to government authorities, Attendees, our staff, partners, vendors, and suppliers. The Event Organizer is not liable for any legal issues or violations that arise from the use of drones.
• Cash-Free Policy: This Event operates under a strict cash-free policy. All transactions, including purchases and exchanges of value, must be conducted through the official payment program authorized by us. This includes any physical or electronic transfers and transactions involving valuable items. Violating this cash-free policy may lead to the removal of your wristband and immediate ejection from the Wonderfruit grounds.
• Modification: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes or updates to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our official website, www.wonderfruit.co, Terms & Conditions. All Ticket Holders and/or Attendees are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.
