Exploring new ways of thought and wisdom

WELLNESS

From day one, we’ve thought of Mind as territory for both individual exploration and collective experience. As we celebrate a Decade of Wonder, our exploration of Mind follows pathways to well-being through different ceremonies, rituals and practices.

Workshops & Activities

rituals & ceremonies

What makes one practice sacred and the other just a habit? We explore expressions of Mind through so many various mediums, representing our accumulated journey into consciousness as a creative force.

Communal, playful, grounding and healing, the ceremonies and rituals held in The Fields help us connect to Mind. From guided meditation to sound healing, we explore pathways to the known and unknown.

Dhyana

This year, Dhyana evolves beyond a place, shifting across The Fields to a new location: Baan Bardo. It’s programming blends ancient traditions, teachings, soundscapes and introspective art.

Dhyana’s concept, ‘Echo’ explores the interplay of experience and illusion through ceremonies, performances and workshops that highlight a mandala of senses—an unfolding ‘citadel of the mind’.

Learning to listen carefully

MUSIC

How can sounds affect mood and provoke emotion? This year, we’re playing with this idea more, connecting musicians with artists from other disciplines to create hybrid experiences where sound is simply the foundation for new creative expressions. We explore diverse styles from across the regions in a dialogue between traditions.

Global & regional sounds

Sonic Minds

Sonic Minds, created with MSCTY Studio, is expanding to additional venues to deepen the integration between sound and wellness, introducing installations, presentations, performances and experiences.

This initiative brings together musicians, scientists, artists and spiritual practitioners, finding new ways that music can be medicine through personal, collective and communal experiences of sound.

Activations

This year, immersive experiences and live acts by Sonic Minds will activate across The Fields. Soundscapes unravel in unexpected places, some tucked between the trees, others found in gathering spaces.

Intermission

Since its introduction in 2015, Intermission has been a launchpad for local talent. This year, six homegrown artists will be chosen to debut at Ziggurat with Singha, appearing alongside international acts.

Selected artists will get one-on-one mentorship from renowned producer Howie B and equipment, technical support and studio space from Siam Music Yamaha, with opportunities beyond the Fields.

Stories to eat

FOOD & DRINK

Food becomes more than just a meal—it's approached as medicine for both body and mind, mixing traditional healing wisdom with modern cooking techniques. Mind, Sound and Nature overlap and land on our plates to create delicious dining experiences that challenge how food is usually experienced.

Culinary experiences

and much more

Open Kitchen

Designed by Boonserm Premthada, the two-story wooden manse of Open Kitchen welcomes all into our take on Mae-Khura, or Mother’s Kitchen with its open design.

This year, our fully matriarch-led venue evolves into a single culinary ecosystem, uniting culinary stories from both sides of the Thai-Burmese border.

Lady GooGoo Presents...

Ma's Kitchen

A taste of Myanmar shared through treasured family recipes
Perched on the second floor of Open Kitchen, Ma’s Kitchen is named in memory of Lady GooGoo’s late grandmother. Drawing from the influences of her Anglo Burmese heritage, GooGoo creates an aromatic kitchen theater where she shares each dish’s cultural significance, from steaming bowls of Mohinga to funky Laphet Thoke.

Life's Market

By Pa Chan & Friends

A sensory map of Thailand’s five regions hosted by Pa Chan & Friends
This year, Life’s Market divides the ground floor of Open Kitchen into five regions of Thailand: North, Northeast (Isaan), Central, East and South. Hosted by Auntie Chan, her friends and her family, daily workshops share recipes and remedies influenced by different landscapes, climates and traditions.

Living through the arts

ART

Throughout The Fields, installations and performances invite deeper participation and presence, encouraging Wonderers to change pace and interact with the art, the world around them, the sounds they hear and one another. Art in The Fields is shaped by site and spirit, born from the elements and shared through connection.

Unconditional Space

This year, Unconditional Space’s programming adopts the theme: “On Future Cosmologies”, highlighting the communities, histories and wisdom-keepers vital to forming an interconnected, nurturing future.

Curated by Aaditya Sathish, artists and practitioners from the region and beyond share knowledge that is ancestrally embodied, bravely imagined and marginal, offering us enchantment and mysticism.

Spaces for human expressions

VENUES

The physical spaces we build are as much a part of the experience as the music, art and food. This year introduces new and evolved architectural landmarks, each manifesting ways to connect. These structures grow with the land, where architecture becomes embodied philosophy connecting people to place, community and culture.
