Spaniol
Felipe Torquato aka Spaniol is the creator and resident of the Colectivo Sonido Trópico of São Paulo with whom he created transcendental parties in the city center. At seven years old, he chose a path of music and to never stray. At the age of nine, he entered the São Paulo Conservatory, where he studied classical guitar and flutes until 16 when he discovered electronic music by a lucky mistake.
His sound is a mixture of all that surrounds him, having played in the biggest clubs in Berlin (Katerblau, Sysifos), Brazil, Ibiza and the US. He takes elements of classical music and flashes of Brazilian popular music, making his live set a unique and edgy mix of electronic, caimbó, jazz, samba, regional music, drum machines, but without taking the electronic energy.
