After the Feast: Exploring the Spirit of Thai Digestifs

This two-part workshop takes Wonderers on a sensory journey into the cultural and medicinal logic of drinking before and after eating a meal. In the second session, Onson Distillery offers a tasting session of digestifs, with a flight of 6–8 hand-selected formulas designed to aid digestion. Learn the history of Thai liquor infusions, the craft of preservation and fermentation and the art of pairing flavors with meals. Participants will also receive a small recipe card to take home.
