The water becomes a teacher in this yoga session. Come float, flow with intention and connection to your body while balancing on a paddleboard. Led by Aomjai—Thai National SUP Athlete and an experienced yoga teacher with more than nine years of experience—guides the class through an exploration of strength, softness and presence through embodied movement, held by the gentle rhythm of the lake beneath you.
