WILDER Training Club: HIIT in The Fields
Start your Saturday with a burst of rhythm-driven energy in this 45-minute HIIT session led by Head Coach Pani. The workout is designed to wake your whole system, build heat and leave you feeling fully alive in The Fields. After the final interval, the group shifts into an easy 15-minute run across the grounds, offering a moment to settle, breathe and take in the morning stillness. The session closes with a mindful cool-down and an optional recovery swim at the Bath House, blending effort with deep reset.
Registration opens at 8:30 AM, with HIIT beginning at 9:00 AM.
