From the sour-fruit orchard behind Open Kitchen to the rice paddies, fruit trees and indigo, Farm Village is a working landscape woven into the life of The Fields. A year-round permaculture hub, it brings together food production and biodiversity, inviting Wonderers to discover the relationships between soil, plants, animals and people.

Throughout the day, chefs gather fresh ingredients from the vegetable gardens, mushroom hut and chicken coop, while workshops explore regenerative growing, composting, and fermentation rooted in local knowledge. Across the Farm, ducks, chickens, Wonderdogs, Maggie the pig (year-round food composter), and Din and Daen, the Sulcata tortoises, help nourish The Fields long after the festival ends. Joining the community this year are two new members, Tish (short for Tissue) and Tua, the Thai buffalo who help care for the land as natural lawn mowers while honoring Thai farming heritage.
