From the sour-fruit orchard behind Open Kitchen, to the rice paddies and fruit trees, weaving all the way to the indigo plants by Indigo World, stands a working farm that feeds us year-round. Farm Village cultivates a deep connection to the land and its offerings, evolving as a permaculture hub. 

Throughout the day, chefs stop by to pick up ingredients from the vegetable garden, mushroom hut or in the chicken coop. Our host pig, Maggie, looks after the Farm and manages food waste at the composting hut alongside chickens, ducks, critters stopping by the Insect Hotel, several Wonderdogs and two new sulcata tortoises.
