Once you’ve secured your tickets to Wonderfruit 2025, there’s still a few things to do to prepare for your arrival to The Fields. We’ve listened to some of the questions asked in our communities and we’ve put together a pool of resources to help.

In the first part, we’ll talk pre-registration, accommodations (both in The Fields and off-site), shuttles and Journeys.

Pre-register your ticket

You can shorten queueing times at the Box Office by registering your ticket ahead of time. Once you’ve registered your ticket, you receive a QR code that you can show to our team to receive your wristband.

Each wristband is unique to each Wonderer. It’s your ticket in and out of The Fields, provides access to your on-site accommodation, acts as your wallet for the duration of Wonderfruit and stores all the experiences you’ve pre-booked (more on that later). That’s why we strictly prohibit any tampering or removal of wristbands.

What you need to know about pre-registration:

  • You can pre-register tickets for your friends. Just make sure you have all their details on hand.

  • The pre-registration process includes some questions about your travel destination, method of transportation and other details. This is to help us calculate and offset your carbon footprint—something we’ve worked hard to do over the past 10 years.

  • You can pre-register your Boutique Camping, Slow Wonder or General Camping reservation at the same time as your ticket. You’ll receive a single QR that contains your ticket and accommodation information.

  • The name submitted during pre-registration must match the government-issued photo ID you bring with you to The Fields. Any discrepancies may result in you being turned away at the gates.

  • Registration is final and no transfers are allowed. At-door upgrades will be available.

We’ll be opening pre-registration soon for all ticket-holders.

Staying in The Fields or off-site

Slow Wonder

All Slow Wonder cabins are sold out.

If you’ve reserved a cabin, you can register your booking at the same time as your ticket. However, both you and your guest need to pre-register separately. This shortens time spent at Slow Wonder Reception and means you can start settling into the Slow Wonder village as soon as possible.

Boutique Camping

There are very limited tents remaining in Boutique Camping

You can register your tent or Shared Tent spot as soon as pre-registration opens. Each person in your tent needs to be registered before you arrive at The Fields to allow them access to Boutique Camping and all its amenities. Spaces in each Boutique Camping are not transferable. The name of each guest must match the government-issued photo ID you bring to Wonderfruit 2025.

Only one accommodation spot can be registered per ticket. You won’t be able to register your friends’ Boutique Camping booking under your Wonderfruit 2025 ticket.

If you reserve a tent in Boutique Camping after pre-registering your ticket, you can still register that tent afterwards, so long as you have the entrant code on hand.

General Camping

There are spaces remaining in General Camping, however they usually sell out by the time we open the gates.

Reserve up to four tents and bring your own custom camping kit: fairy lights, tarps, five-people-tents, air mattresses, whatever makes you feel at home. Just remember to pack everything up and throw away all your waste in the appropriate recycling bins—Wonderfruit is a zero-waste celebration.

What you need to know about General Camping:

  • One (1) General Camping pass per person, not per tent.

  • Your General Camping pass gives you access to a fenced-off grassy area with some trees for shade. There are no allocated spots, so you can set up wherever you like—but be mindful of your fellow campers.

  • The General Camping area has dedicated, permanent restrooms and showers, charging stations and water refill stations, all of which were included in the fee.

  • No food, drink or camping stoves are allowed in General Camping.

  • No tents, tarps, tent pegs or other camping gear are available to purchase or rent on-site.

  • There are CCTV cameras positioned around the camping area, however our security team is always nearby if you need assistance or advice. We don’t judge; we just want you to be safe.

If you reserve General Camping spots after pre-registering your ticket, you can still pre-register your camping pass if you have the entrant code on hand.

Official Partner Hotels

If you’re looking for a place to stay closer to the city, we’ve partnered with a variety of hotels in Pattaya and Jomtien to offer more booking options.

All partner hotels are drop-off and pick-up points for Wonderfruit shuttles, so you can get to and from The Fields easily. However, hotel bookings do not include Shuttle Passes—you’ll have to book an Unlimited Shuttle Pass separately (more details below).

Here are our official partner hotels for 2025:

  • Dusit Thani Pattaya: 22km to The Fields; 20% spa and 15% food and beverage discount (excl. alcohol)

You can learn more about our preferred hotels here.

Getting to and from The Fields by shuttle

The Wonderfruit shuttle service stops at each of our partner hotels (see above) and near the Box Office in The Fields.

We’re bringing back the Unlimited Shuttle Pass, which offers unlimited journeys from any pick-up or drop-off point along the shuttle route for the duration of Wonderfruit.

Here’s what you need to know about the Unlimited Shuttle Pass:

  • Unlimited Shuttle Passes are available before 11 December 2025, when the gates open. The first phase of passes will be available until 3 December 2025 at THB 1,500.

  • All bookings can be made through the official BusX app. Each Shuttle Pass QR code is stored securely in the BusX app and will be sent to your registered email address. Show your ride’s QR code and your photo ID to the bus attendant to board the shuttle.

  • You can reserve only one (1) trip in either direction at a time. However, you can modify your booking up until 15 minutes before departure.

  • If you do not show up to your pre-booked trip, your ability to book another shuttle trip will be frozen for 60 minutes. Walk-in rides will still be available, however seats are first-come, first-served—if available.

Single Passes are available on-site for walk-ins at THB 350 per trip. You can buy a single trip through the BusX app by scanning the QR code at the shuttle stop (found near the Wonderfruit Box Office or at our partner hotels).

Traveling with your kids? Children 6 and under ride free of charge with their accompanying adult—no reservations needed so long as they can be safely seated on your lap. For children over 6, we recommend purchasing an Unlimited Shuttle Pass in advance to guarantee seats and have flexibility in check-in and re-booking.

Schedules and shuttle routes will be released later through the BusX app. Learn more about shuttles here.

Reserve your Parking Pass for Wonderfruit 2025

If you’re driving to The Fields with your own car, you can now buy Parking Passes for Wonderfruit 2025. Booking them now saves you money, time and hassle for when you arrive at The Fields.

Here’s what you need to know about Parking Passes:

  • A Parking Pass purchased in advance is THB 250 per vehicle, for 1 entry. You can save on parking by getting a bundle with multiple trips: the Four Pack is THB 800 per vehicle.

  • If you haven’t purchased in advance, passes will also be available on arrival via QR Code or PromptPay at a rate of THB 350 per entry, subject to availability.

  • Parking Passes will be available throughout Wonderfruit 2025 until our gates close on 15 December.

  • If you’re driving a motorbike or scooter, you can park for free. No Parking Pass required.

Buy your Four Pack or Single Entry Parking Passes here.

Book and build a schedule of Journeys

Journeys are a curated selection of paid experiences, each a different cultural expression that explores the intersection of Mind, Nature and Sound. As these sessions are often smaller, they require planning to accommodate participants, including finding adequate equipment and resources.

Why book Journeys? We’ve selected them to really flesh out the experience in Wonderfruit, and are a chance to try something completely new. Many of these practitioners only meet here in The Fields and many Culinary Experiences only happen once.

By browsing through our Journeys page, you’ll discover everything from fine dining experiences to creative workshops and sessions for your well-being.

Here’s how to book a Journey:

  • On the Journeys page, find the experience you’d like to book and click on “Reserve”.

  • If the Journey has several sessions, you need to select one before reserving the experience.

  • You can continue selecting and reserving Journeys until you’re ready to check out.

  • Once you’re ready to check out, click on the cart icon on the bottom right of your screen and check out with Ticketmelon.

You can also reserve a spot directly on a Journey’s artist card. If you’re exploring in the Directory and click on a Journey, scroll all the way to the bottom, where you’ll find a button to add to cart.

This year, we’ve also partnered with Mastercard to offer Priceless Journeys—one-of-a-kind experiences designed to bring you closer to wonder. Here’s how to book a Mastercard Priceless Journey:

  • Go to the official Mastercard Priceless Journeys page. In each Priceless Journey, you’ll find the experience’s full details, time and date, location and price. You’ll also see when bookings for each Priceless Journey closes.

  • Click “Book Here” to be redirected to the official Ticketmelon.

  • Select the experience and how many spots you would like to reserve. *Each Priceless Journey has a minimum and a maximum capacity.

  • Click “Buy” and complete your booking with Mastercard.

We’ll be putting together a Part 2 shortly, so stay tuned for more tips on how to prepare for Wonderfruit 2025.

See you in The Fields.
