A women-led sala sharing regional culinary traditions

Designed by Boonserm Premthada, Open Kitchen welcomes all with its open design and use of reclaimed materials from a nearby tobacco factory. This year, our fully women-led venue evolves into a single culinary ecosystem, with collaborations between the two floors that unite cuisine from both sides of the Thai-Burmese border.
On the top floor, dine at a table service restaurant, while the ground floor offers an immersive educational experience to learn and explore traditions. Here, tastings, hands-on workshops, hyper-local crafts and discussions offer a deeper understanding of the wisdom passed down through generations.
